Author Lizbeth Hartz
Lizbeth Hartz, B.A. in English, sold some 150 magazine articles to local and regional magazines on Oahu in the 70’s and 80’s. When her heartthrob was murdered in 1985, she switched to writing her memoir, Angel Hero, Murder in Hawaii, A True Story. Her song, also titled Angel Hero, (lyrics by Liz, music by Johnny Valentine, demoed in Nashville) is available on iTunes and Amazon and is the music for her book trailer at https://www.kwillbooks.com/lizbeth-hartz/ (the music's for sale on iTunes and Amazon). Since 2014, Liz’s blog has resided at her website. She is a member of the National League of American Pen Women. While a member of Sisters in Crime, Inc., Liz had two short mystery stories published in their anthologies Dark Paradise and Island Fever, in 2017 and 2022. In 2021, her essay “Escapes and Conversations” was published in a Writing It Real anthology. Liz continues to write poetry, essays, song lyrics, and short stories.
